Chem-Set Marine HDPE Repair Kit includes: 1 - Chem-set 6105, 50ml 2 - Static Mixers 1 - Caulk Gun Adapter The ChemSet HDPE Marine Kit is useful in bonding low energy plastics and surfaces such as Starboard, High Density Polyethylene (HDPE), Polyethylene (PE) and Teflon (PTFE) with no primer or surface treatment required. The Chem-Set 6105 is a 2-part, 1:1 toughened acrylic adhesive. It can also be used to bond a wide variety of other materials such as metals and composite materials and is ideal for bonding dissimilar surfaces. Noted recently from Capt. Bill Pike from Passagemaker.com "The bond Chem-Set 6105 produced was so strong I could not break it no matter how hard I tried. Indeed, even when I secured one end of my two-part Starboard construct in a workbench vise and attempted to separate the two parts using a set of Vice-Grips, I only succeeded in imparting a serious bend in the construct."
