I fused my resources with my basketball philosophy, many of those are simply born on the court with my teams or I attended other trainings of different coaches that gave me the inspiration to make new exercises to adapt to my players.What you will find in this collection is from an easy skill work to many playing situations, I always suggest to start working from the basis of our game to finish on the global part of it. Any fundamental’s drill can ends with a challenge, make the job functional to the game so the intensity will come by itself with the desire to win.
